Runebergin Torttu - Finnish pastry
This pastry is named from Johan Ludvig Runeberg (1804–1877) - the Finnish poet. A reason for me to like this cake is not only the cake is popular and flavors, but poet had same horoscope sign (Aquarius) as me as well.
I did this pastry at school
and it is was hard to make the dough and put it into small circle frame

It didn't have nice look but it was ok and tasty :D
My first time cook Banh Chung
This is called Banh Chung - a type of sticky rice cake, which is usually cooked and eaten in traditional Lunar New Year in Vietnam. In general, it is green, square, sticky and hot ( I don't mean it spicy but because I did it, so I call it hot :")
Banana leaves, glutenous rice, mung bean, pork (belly or side) and big pot are basic things I need.
Wrapping the cake is really difficult and I thought I was doing Origami.
And after that I got something like this
So, it's time to put them into big pot and FIRE !!
10 HOURS !! I have waited and it was incredible (1 AM-11AM) and here it is:
Summer ride
It was summer 2013 and I took this picture in the morning when I ride along the river. Then I had red spots because mosquitoes wanted to eat me @@. Otherwise, it was fun !!
